Bunch Blooms


1. No Cancellation Policy

 

Upon confirmation of order and successful payment, all sales are final.

Bunch Blooms does not allow cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or order modifications once the order has been confirmed.

As our floral arrangements and products are perishable and/or made-to-order, preparation commences immediately after payment is received.


 

 

2. Returns

 

Due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly not accepted.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Fresh flower arrangements
  • Preserved flower arrangements
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards


3. Damages & Errors

 

 

Customers are required to inspect their orders immediately upon receipt.

If an item is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item is delivered, customers must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt via email at hello@bunchblooms.com, including:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Bunch Blooms reserves the right to assess each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
